Sun Garden is a renowned family business based in the picturesque Münsterland region. It was founded in 1982 by Mr. Ewald Kösters and is still family-owned today.

Today, the Sun Garden Group employs around 4,500 people in its own state-of-the-art production facilities in Poland, Romania and Ukraine. In addition, around 100 employees work in our administration department in Neuenkirchen. With a turnover of around 320 million euros, we are one of the leading companies in the industry.

Sun Garden’s success story began in 1982 with the production of cushions for garden furniture. Since then, we have continuously expanded our range and are proud to have introduced the production of mattresses in 2005 and the first production line for box-spring beds in 2012. In 2015, we also started producing slatted frames at our plant in Poland.

Thanks to our fully integrated production with our own foaming plants, spring core and fleece production in Poland and Romania, we have established ourselves as the leading manufacturer of mattresses and box spring beds in Europe. With a production volume of around 2.5 million mattresses and 400,000 box spring beds per year, we set standards in the industry.
